Shanghai Yanchen Metal Products Co.,Ltd (orginal name is Shanghai Jiahua Icebox Spareparts Factory), founded in September 1992, is located on No. 75 Aite Rd, Jiang Qiao Town, west Shanghai suburb, Jiading District. It is about 10 kilometers away from Shanghai Center. Suzhou River is to its south, and on the other side of the river, is Hua Cao Town, Ming Hang District. The exit of Hu-Ning Expressway、312 National Way and external cross line is 2 kilometers   to its north and with the Hu-Hang Railway to its west. The distance from our factory to Shanghai Hong Qiao International Airport is about 4 kilometers. Due to this superior geography, the traffic to our factory is very convenient. Our company has occupied a total area of 40 thousand square meters with 1000 workers, and a real asset of about RMB 65million. The area of the workshop is about 27 thousand square meters. And the passes are very commodious and the environment is very peaceful. We passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2000. We passed ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certification in 2008. Manufacturing Facilities：We have more than 110 punching machines with 250T and other specifications from 6.3 tons to 630 tons. We have more than 20 injection moulding machines including 230T and other specifications of less than 230T. We also have more than 80 advanced equipments including lathing machine, milling machines, spot welding machines, shearing machines, projection welding machines, laser cutting machines and other equipments. The speaker assembly lines are very rich both in technical personnels and facilities. Currently, our factory is focusing on stamping process, plastic injection parts process, stamping and injection moulding design and manufacture, powder coating process and assembly lines as well. Now our main clients are: Shanghai Pioneer Speakers Co.,Ltd、Shanghai Noritz Co.,Ltd、Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd、EBM Electrics(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd、Shanghai SIIC Transportation Electric Co.,Ltd(SAIC)、Benteler Automotive(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd、Schaffner EMC(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd、ITT Corporation、A.O. Smith(China) Water Heater Co.,Ltd、ASG Group LTD.40% of the products are sold to U.S.A, UK, Japan, Germany, Australia, Switzerland and other European countries, the balance is mainly sold to foreign joint venture companies in China.
