Shanghai Jiahua Icebox Spareparts Factory, founded in September 1992, is located on No. 75 Aite Rd, Jiang Qiao Town, west Shanghai suburb, Jiading District. It is about 10 kilometers away from Shanghai Center. Suzhou River is to its south, and on the other side of the river, is Hua Cao Town, Ming Hang District. The exit of Hu-Ning Expressway、312 National Way and external cross line is 2 kilometers   to its north and with the Hu-Hang Railway to its west. The distance from our factory to Shanghai Hong Qiao International Airport is about 4 kilometers. Due to this superior geography, the traffic to our factory is very convenient. Our company has occupied a total area of 40 thousand square meters with 2800 workers, and a real asset of about 25 million yuan. The area of the workshop is about 27 thousand square meters. And the passes are very commodious and the environment is very peaceful. We passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in 2000. Manufacturing Facilities：We have about 100 advanced equipments. For instance: lathe, milling machine, planning machine, grinding machine, wire cut, CNC machining center, sheering machine, bending machine, spot welding machine, projection welding machine, tapping machine, injection forming machine, pressing machines from 6.3 tons to 500 tons, 315 tons hydraulic presses and two 1500KV electric transformers. The speaker assembly lines are very rich both in technical personnels and facilities. Currently, our factory is focus on metal sheet process, injection parts process, die design and manufacture and assembly lines as well. We are having comprehensive business ties with Shanghai Pioneer Speakers Co., Ltd , Shanghai Noritz Co., Ltd ,Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd.,ebm Electrics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd ,Schaffner EMC (Shanghai) Ltd. ,3M Austrin Center, Fedders Corporation, Shanghai HIGHLY NAKANO PEFRIGERATORS CO.,LTD, HARAKAWA CO., LTD and etc. We are fabricating components for those companies to assembly.
